Temporary Fuel Fee ( TFF )

Dear Valued Partners,

As you are no doubt aware, global oil prices have escalated to more than double in the past few weeks. While we have worked hard to absorb these increases internally, we are no longer able to fully offset the impact ourselves. As a result, we regrettably must introduce a Temporary Fuel Fee (TFF).  Spot/Unallocated cargo rates will take effect immediately and will be provided at the time of quoting. Allocated/Contracted cargo rates will take effect on April 1, 2026, and will be presented by your account manager.

Please note that this adjustment is intended strictly as a short-term, temporary measure in response to current market conditions. It will be listed as a separate line item on your invoice and is not a permanent change to our pricing structure. This temporary fee will be reduced and /or removed as market conditions allow.

Our priority remains to manage these unprecedented cost increases responsibly while maintaining the reliable service you expect from Pacific Air Cargo.
