Fuel rates above include all taxes and fees and are based on PLATTS West Coast fuel prices published weekly. Beginning August 15, 2005 PAC will adjust its fuel surcharge on a monthly basis. PAC will make all efforts to provide at least one week notice. Fuel surcharge is based on a percentage of your tariff, not a per lb. and/or kg. Charge. PAC believes this is a fair equation when compared to a per pound FSC. For example; customers will pay less fuel on a stand by shipment than on a must ride shipment. If the fuel surcharge rises above 35% or there are any changes to the categories, the above table will be updated. |
