Subject: Discontinued Guam Operations & Additional Honolulu – LAX segments
Dear Respected Partner,
Last Friday March 21st Pacific Air Cargo stopped scheduled service to Guam indefinitely.
I apologize for the short notice of cancellation. The sudden cease of service into Guam is due to the cancellation of the backhaul flights from Hong Kong.
We are very aware that there have been other companies that have offered similar services to you, and you chose to keep your business with us. We are grateful for your good business and appreciate you choosing Pacific Air Cargo.
The advantage of this change in schedule is that it will allow us to again provide scheduled service from Honolulu to Los Angeles five times a week. We believe the people of Hawaii, who depend so much on the mainland for most of their consumable products, still need one company focused on the needs of Hawaii, that company is Pacific Air Cargo.
Effective next Tuesday March 21st, PAC will operate LAX-HNL – LAX five times weekly and Pago Pago, American Samoa once weekly. Please visit our website, www.pacificaircargo.com to obtain an updated schedule.
As we continue to service Hawaii and American Samoa, we will continue to research other markets for smart opportunities for PAC’s growth. When it presents itself, you will be the first to know PAC is going to new places.
Thank you for and continued and valued support. It is greatly appreciated.
Mahalo,
Beti Ward, CEO
