Pacific Air Cargo Appoints Director of Business Development
Los Angeles, CA – Pacific Air Cargo is pleased to announce the appointment of Giulio Battaglini as Director of Business Development. As the newest member of the team, Mr. Battaglini has previously held mid-level and senior cargo management positions with United Airlines, Lufthansa Cargo, Korean Air and Mercury World Cargo.
He has also consulted for fruit and vegetable brokers, freight forwarders, and video production companies. His hands-on experience in working with key cargo areas of the world attest to his broad-based experience in various sectors of the air cargo industry. Mr. Battaglin will be responsible for researching new routes and expanding Pacific Air Cargo’s business plan.
“The addition of Giulio Battaglini into a unique area like the South Pacific will help Pacific Air Cargo expand and explore new markets. I have known Giulio for many years and am excited to have him part of the PAC team,” stated Pacific Air Cargo CEO Beti Ward.
Founded in 2000, Pacific Air Cargo provides exclusive express air cargo service between Los Angeles and Honolulu utilizing Boeing 747 freighters. PAC also operates a weekly 727F to and from Honolulu and Pago Pago, American Samoa.
